Bio:

Lynn's experience with yoga dates back to the mid-70s. She has studied with many wonderful teachers and became certified in 2003. She is also an ACE - certified Personal Trainer with over 25 years experience in the fitness field. Her experience with individuals on a one-to-one basis and in class settings lends itself to her style of teaching Yoga. She studies and practices yoga everyday.
