Description:

This workshop is for those that are already familiar with a personal mantra practice and want to dive deeper. Topics covered include: the importance of a daily practice, how to work with different types of mantra disciplines at the same time, stacking, chanting for others, pranayama and more. Time will be put aside for group chanting, Q and A, and discussion.
