In this class you will refine your practice on many levels. Emphasis on alignment, breath, awareness of sensation, and posture flow will be explored. MICHELLE DAVIS- BA THEATRE/DANCE Michelle is a Kripalu Certified Yoga Teacher and is currently completing her 500 hour certification through the SchoolYoga Institute. She offers a fun, energetic, eclectic style of teaching. Michelle has practiced yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 8 years- she is honored to have been voted "Best of Monadnock" by the Monadnock Shopper News three years in a row 2006, 2007, 2008. Michelle loves teaching yoga because...Yoga helps people develop a deeper connection to their bodies while simutaneously creating wellness, health, and peace in the community.
