Class Description:

This class meets every week and is designed to strengthen and refresh the person in individual ways, according to physical ability. It is a meditative practice, mostly seated in chair or wheelchair; although those able to stand enjoy standing postures while others continue with focus on breath. Suitable for temporary limitation (post surgery, for example)as well as longer lasting. This practice is shared between Lynda Meeder and Mary Frost

Certified with YogaKids 2002, YogaKids Trainer 2005, and Tools for Schools Trainer, 2006. Eclectic style, most like Kripalu, yin yoga and gentle vinyasa, for adults. Classes held in private homes, schools and businesses.
